This strategic move positions the Expo as a one-stop platform for cutting-edge technologies and innovations that span across multiple industries, including smart cities, sustainable mobility, precision agriculture, and advanced manufacturing.
EVM ASIA: Powering the Future of Mobility in Southeast Asia
As an integral component, EVM ASIA 2024 brings together the entire e-mobility ecosystem, fostering collaboration and innovation in the region’s rapidly growing EV industry. It is held in partnership with Malaysia Automotive, Robotics, and IoT Institute (MARii), Zero Emission Vehicle Association (ZEVA), Zero Emission Vehicle Association Selangor, and the Federal Territory Engineering and Motor Parts Traders’ Association (EMPTA). In parallel, AgriX empowers farmers with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in today’s dynamic agricultural landscape. The expo showcases smart technologies like precision farming tools, smart irrigation systems, and digital farming solutions. These advancements not only optimise farms but also contribute to the overall efficiency and sustainability of a smart nation, demonstrating how technology across industries can work together for a common goal.

Malaysia Leading the Charge in the Region's Digital Transformation
Malaysia stands at the forefront of this digital revolution. With its strategic location, resources, and skilled workforce, Malaysia has successfully embraced digitalisation with the full backing of the government, positioning the country as the regional leader in the digital economy.
The government is prioritising digital transformation initiatives, which are spearheaded by programs like Malaysia Digital. This initiative aims to expedite the growth of nine key sectors, including agriculture, services, cities, health, finance, trade, content, tourism, and the Islamic digital economy. Through the Malaysia Digital Catalytic Programmes (PeMangkinMD), Malaysia Digital seeks to promote digital adoption and create opportunities, empowering both citizens and businesses to become leaders in the global digital economy. The ultimate goal is to ensure fair access to digital tools, knowledge, and the potential to generate income in this new digital landscape.
